FRIDAY TIMETABLE
THREE CLASSES
Friday Beginners
Fridays 5:00 to 7:00pm
For kids who have never played, or have only played a bit at school. We teach passing, setting and serving from scratch, then get them playing games the same night.

Fridays 5:00 to 7:00pm
For players who already have the basics. Positional play, rotations, serve receive and team systems, with plenty of full court game time every week. Advanced players train in the 7 to 9pm class.

Fridays 7:00 to 9:00pm
A later slot for older and more experienced players who want an evening session. The same intermediate and advanced coaching at a faster pace, running straight after the early classes.

INSIDE A SESSION
WHAT TWO HOURS LOOKS LIKE
Warm up and ball control
Players get moving, then straight into passing and ball control work in small groups.
Skill block
A focused technical block on one skill for the week: serving, setting, hitting or defence.
Small games
Coached game situations in small groups, so every player touches the ball constantly.
Full court play
The session finishes with full court volleyball. Coaches keep coaching while they play.

WHO WE SEE ON FRIDAYS
FAMILIES FROM ACROSS RYDE
Most of our Friday players travel less than ten minutes. We coach juniors from Ryde, Eastwood, Meadowbank, Denistone, Top Ryde, Putney, North Ryde, Marsfield, Macquarie Park and the wider Ryde area. In the Hills, our Kellyville classes run Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and new Tuesday classes run at Sydney Olympic Park, 4:30 to 6pm.
